Fat prey

If this isn’t going to be an exciting year. 54 new releases for 2008, including five 125cc series, are summarized in the current issue of MOTORRAD. Including BMW’s F 800 GS, which promises pure dynamism on the road and in easy terrain, KTM’s 1190 RC8, with which KTM is opening up a new segment while remaining true to the company’s principles, the first completely redesigned D.ucati Monster 696, with a more comfortable seating position and less weight, the new Softail Rocker C from Harley Davidson, which makes customizers astonished and cry, Honda’s CB 1000 R, whose assemblies form a highly explosive mixture and many more. Red hot, crisp, compact ?? all new motorcycle models for the coming year. And the off-road competition machines are not even considered.

New 125cc

A two-class society is formed in the 125 cc; the selection shown here shows three representatives of one class and two of the other. Machines such as the Yamaha YZF-R 125 with water-cooled four-valve four-stroke engines or the Aprilia RX / SX and Cagiva Mito SP 525 with two-stroke engines make full use of the permitted 15 hp. Your advantage is between three and five horsepower, which is also noticeable when driving. The European manufacturers in particular are paying dearly for the service. The Cagiva Mito costs 5350 euros, the Aprilias will be well over 4000 euros according to initial estimates.
Air-cooled two-valve four-stroke engines, mostly manufactured in Thailand, form the virtually unbreakable drive of the cheaper 125cc. With such a motor in the Supermoto chassis of the DR 125, Suzuki tries to combine price awareness and sportiness, while the Yamaha YBR 125 relies on classic chic with the contrast between black and chrome. For those who are looking for a pretty vehicle that is suitable for everyday use and is affordable for 2500 euros and who are not after the last bit of acceleration.

BMW F 800 GS

This GS dispenses with BMW features such as Tele or Paralever, cardan or belt drive. And promises pure dynamism on the road and in easy terrain. BMW modified the 800 parallel twin with the oscillating mass to compensate for vibrations and created a new tubular frame. Unfortunately, the price forecasts are steadily moving in the direction of 10,000 euros.

DATA:
Two-cylinder in-line engine, 798 cm³, 63 kW (85 PS) at 7500 / min, 83 Nm at 5750 / min, tubular steel frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 300 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 265 mm, seat height 880 mm, weight 207 kg, price not available . A..

Yamaha XT 660 Z Tenere

They are also available in other colors. MOTORRAD has already shown these variants. But the desert sand clay is irresistible in connection with the Tenere. Technically, the desert motorcycle is based on the XT 660; in addition to the fairing with the double-deck headlight, it received a different fork; this changes the chassis geometry moderately.

DATA: single cylinder engine, 659 cm³, power and torque k. A., tubular steel frame, double disc brake front, Ø 298 mm, disc brake rear, Ø 245 mm, seat height 895 mm, dry weight 183 kg, price k. A..

Yamaha WR 250 R / X

Experienced connoisseurs of motocross motorcycles have confirmed it: These two 250cc, which Yamaha is bringing onto the market for a relatively low price, offer flawless racing engine technology, but with over 30 hp are street legal. The idea of how the supermoto drives on winding roads creates the most beautiful spring visions even in the beginning of winter.

DATA: Single-cylinder engine, 250 cm³, 23 kW (31 PS) at 10,000 rpm, 24 Nm at 8,000 rpm, tubular steel frame, front disc brake, Ø 298 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 230 mm, seat height 930/895 mm, fully fueled 135/137 kg, price 5900/6100 euros

Yamaha YZF-R6

In order for the new to remain the old, Yamaha was not allowed to touch two things, namely the radical orientation and the explosive appearance. So R6 is still R6, the modifications are in numerous details. YCC-I (Yamaha Chip controlled Intake) is part of it, the electrical length adjustment of the intake trumpet depending on load and speed, but also modifications to the frame and a magnesium rear frame that saves half a kilogram in weight. Nevertheless, the R6 was four kilograms heavier.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 600 cm³, 95 kW (129 PS) at 14500 / min, 66 Nm at 11000 / min, light metal bridge frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 310 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 210 mm, seat height 850 mm, weight dry 166 kg, price k. A..

Triumph Rocket III Touring

In order to convert the Rocket III cruiser into a tourer, the British had to work hard. Apart from the reduced power, but technically largely unchanged drive, practically everything is new. Thanks to civilian tires? at the rear rotates a 180 tire instead of the 240 tire ?? the Touring is much more willing to turn.

DATA: Three-cylinder in-line engine, 2294 cm³, 79.0 kW (107 HP) at 5400 rpm, 209 Nm at 2000 rpm, steel bridge frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 316 mm, seat height 736 mm, weight 362 kg, price 18990 euros

Suzuki Hayabusa 1300

Outwardly, the Hayabusa has changed little, and the well-known stable chassis of its predecessor has remained practically one-to-one. But the engine got 41 cm more displacement and technically draws level with the more modern GSX-R-1000 four-cylinder. Nevertheless, the engineers managed to keep it just below the provocative 200 hp limit.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 1340 cm³, 145 kW (197 PS) at 9500 / min, 155 Nm at 7200 / min, aluminum bridge frame, front double disc brake Ø 310 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 260 mm, seat height 810 mm, weight with a full tank 264 kg , Price 13635 euros

Suzuki Intruder C 1800 R

If you get a more conservative picture of your dream cruiser than the M 1800 R gives, you will look at the C with benevolence. The best thing about it: The modern high-performance technology of the engine remains untouched, the mighty V2 pushes brutally unchanged. The rear tire spins more often on wet roads than you would like.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1783 cm³, 92 kW (125 PS) at 6200 / min, 160 Nm at 3200 / min, steel double loop frame, front double disc brake, Ø 290 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 275 mm, seat height 705 mm, Weight with a full tank 345 kg, price not specified A..

Suzuki GSX-R 600/750

In addition to Kawasaki, Suzuki also considers it appropriate to keep the performance data and weight of two new super sports cars to themselves. If you look at all the detailed changes at a glance, it seems reasonable to assume that the 600 series has probably increased its power thanks to a new cylinder head. Similar to the Ducati 848, the 750 is recommended as an attractive intermediate stage.

DATA: four-cylinder in-line engine, 600/749 cm³, power and torque k. A., aluminum bridge frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 310 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 220 mm, seat height 810 mm, dry weight 165 kg, price k. A..

Neander Turbo Diesel

The four-pipe fork externally symbolizes what is happening in the engine. Each of the two pistons also has two connecting rods that turn two crankshafts rotating in opposite directions. A sophisticated way of compensating for vibrations and definitely necessary for a two-cylinder turbo diesel of this displacement. The enormous price of the Neander is explained by the complex individual production.

Data: two-cylinder in-line engine, 1340 cm³, 82 kW (112 PS) at 4200 / min, 214 Nm at 2600 / min, steel double loop frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 300 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 300 mm, seat height 650 mm, weight 295 kg, price 95,000 euros

Suzuki GSX 650 F

On the front you can see that the full fairing was probably only subsequently adapted to a Bandit 650, which was then transformed into the GSX 650. It was built mainly for the USA, but could also succeed in Europe as a competitor to the CBF 600. And certainly better if it had an ABS like the Bandit models.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 656 cm³, 63 kW (86 PS) at 10500 / min, 62 Nm at 8900 / min, double-loop steel frame, double disc brake at the front Ø 310 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 240 mm, seat height 770 mm, weight fully fueled 241 kg, price not specified A..

MV Agusta F4 RR 312

The 100,000 Euro F4 100 CC, limited to 100 pieces, was the first super sporty MV to be built in a kind of series with the large engine. Now the 1078 four-cylinder is made available to a slightly larger group of high-speed fans. The price will still be impressive at around 23,000 euros, but can hardly be lower in view of the finest design.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 1078 cm³, 140 kW (190 PS) at 12200 / min, 124 Nm at 8200 / min, steel space frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 210 mm, seat height 810 mm, weight 192 kg, price k. A..

Moto Morini Granpasso 1200

It was just a year ago when Morini presented a study on the subject of large travel enduro, which luckily was not carried out. Because the Granpasso, which will soon go into production, looks worlds smarter and sportier. Another competition for the BMW R 1200 GS, which promises a lot of driving dynamics, but probably does not have the versatility of the BMW.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1187 cm³, power k. A., tubular steel frame, double disc brake front, Ø 298 mm, disc brake rear, Ø 255 mm, seat height 840 mm, dry weight 198 kg, price k. A..

MV Agusta Brutale 1078 RR / 989 R

MV does not stand out from the trend towards ever more cubic capacity. So what MOTORRAD was able to drive as an extremely expensive one-off in July 2006 is now in series production: a brutal with 1078 cm³. And the previous 910 brutals will be replaced by the 989. Because the production facility currently has to move, the new ones will probably not be available from dealers until summer 2008 at the earliest.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 1078/982 cm³, 104/113 kW (154/142 PS) at 10700/10900 rpm, 117/105 Nm at 8100 rpm, steel space frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320/310 mm, Rear disc brake, Ø 210 mm, seat height 805 mm, weight, dry 185 kg, price k. A..

Moto Morini Corsaro Avio

Moto Morini builds big engines and doesn’t shy away from extreme dimensions. No other motorcycle manufacturer has dared to do a full 107 millimeter bore. The new Avio has the Morini-typical V2 in the specification of the 9½, which competes brilliantly. Because the Avio does not have an anti-hopping clutch, it is slightly cheaper than the Corsaro, which costs 13,000 euros.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1187 cm³, 88 kW (120 PS) at 8500 / min, 102 Nm at 6700 / min, steel space frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 220 mm, seat height 830 mm , Weight 212 kg, price k. A..

Moto Guzzi Stelvio

After Guzzi four-valve engines had ceased to exist in the meantime, they are now available again in a drastically improved form. After the Griso 8V, the Stelvio is the second Guzzi to be equipped with such an engine. She tries to steal some fans away from the BMW R 1200 GS, which is now also enjoying great sales successes in Italy.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1151 cm³, 80.8 kW (110 PS) at 7500 rpm, 108 Nm at 6400 rpm, tubular steel frame, front double disc brake, Ø 320 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 282 mm, seat height 840 mm, dry weight 214 kg, price k. A..

Moto Guzzi Breva 1200

The 1100s was the first Moto Guzzi of the modern era? so since the takeover by Aprilia ?? with torque-supported cardan drive in series, now it got the engine of the 1200 Sport with exactly 1151 cm. The large, long motorcycle drives quickly in a very relaxed way, to which, in addition to the engine characteristics, its striking handiness and homogeneous steering properties contribute.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1151 cm³, 70 kW (95 PS) at 7800 / min, 100 Nm at 5800 / min, steel bridge frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 282 mm, seat height 800 mm , Weight with full tank 255 kg, price k. A..

Moto Guzzi V7 Classic

It has been more than 40 years since someone came up with the idea of powering a motorcycle with a V2 intended to drive a concrete mixer. And exactly 40 years ago this idea went into series production. To celebrate this anniversary, the motorcycle shown here was created with today’s technology in the style of yesteryear. And it’s still nice to look at.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 744 cm³, 57 kW (78 PS) at 10500 / min, 59 Nm at 8250 / min, tubular steel double loop frame, front disc brake, Ø 320 mm, rear disc brake, 260 mm, seat height k. A., dry weight 182 kg, price not specified A..

KTM 690 SMC

She crosses the border between the street-oriented 690 SM and the capricious Supermoto racing machines. It has its chassis in common with the enduro; it is less rigid in the area of the swing arm mounting than the tubular frame of the SM or the Duke 3. The weight is also limited otherwise, for example with the rear frame.

DATA: Single cylinder engine, 654 cm³, 45 kW (62 HP) at 7500 / min, 65 Nm at 6550 / min, steel space frame, front disc brake, Ø 300 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 240 mm, seat height 900 mm, Weight with a full tank 149 kg, price not specified A..

KTM 690 Duke

This could not be missing in the 690 series, after all, Duke models from KTM traditionally offer a very special combination of properties. They are extremely light, handy and cheeky, but at the same time elegantly finished and equipped. Even critical observers will therefore regard the high price as justified. You don’t even have to look very closely to do this.

DATA: Single-cylinder engine, 654 cm³, 48 kW (65 PS) at 7500 / min, 67 Nm at 5500 / min, steel space frame, front disc brake, Ø 320 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 240 mm, seat height 865 mm, weight 164 kg full tank, price not specified A..

KTM 690 Enduro

Step by step, KTM is building an entire series of models based on the new 654 single-cylinder. Curiously, it’s called 690. The latest train produced a classic enduro, with a large front wheel, studded tires and long suspension travel. In contrast to extreme competitor machines, the engine and gearbox are stable and fully throttle-proof, at the expense of a slightly higher weight.

DATA: Single-cylinder engine, 654 cm³, 45 kW (62 PS) at 7500 / min, 65 Nm at 6550 / min, steel space frame, front disc brake, Ø 300 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 240 mm, seat height 910 mm, weight fully fueled 148 kg, price k. A..

Kawasaki ZX-10R

Above the ZX-10R’s strikingly new design, the many improvements in detail should not be overlooked. In addition to a new injection system and a differently stepped transmission, they include modifications to the frame, fork, shock absorber and brakes. Kawasaki will probably only announce power and weight if no one is interested in them anymore.

DATA: four-cylinder in-line engine, 998 cc, power and torque c. A., light metal bridge frame, double disc brake front, Ø 310 mm, disc brake rear, Ø 220 mm, seat height and weight k. A., price k. A..

Kawasaki VN 2000 Classic

With the displacement of its super-sporty sister brand, the ZX-10R, this Kawa does not even fill one of its two cylinders, and its piston stroke could also be mistaken for a well-measured spring travel: 123 millimeters. Given the weight of the 2000s, it becomes completely clear that their power manifests itself in the form of a bear dance. It’s called Classic because of the new chrome headlights.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 2053 cm³, 76 kW (103 PS) at 4800 rpm, 177 Nm at 3200 rpm, steel double loop frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 300 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 320 mm, seat height 680 mm, weight with a full tank 371 kg, price 14185 euros

Kawasaki ZZR 1400

Made up Euro 3, also homogenized the performance characteristics and even found a few horsepower top performance ?? one wonders why the ZZR didn’t hit the market straight away. The developers apparently needed a little more time for the first edition and have now taken it for the 2008 model. A machine for special acceleration experiences.

DATA: four-cylinder in-line engine, 1352 cm³, 193 hp at 9500 rpm, torque k. A., light metal monocoque frame, front double disc brake, Ø 310 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 250 mm, seat height 800 mm, dry weight 224 kg, price k. A..

Honda CB 1300

Bare motorcycle with a large four-cylinder? a classic concept. No other realizes it with so much modern technology as the CB 1300. For 2008 the engine got a regulated three-way catalytic converter and an automatic cold start control, everything else remains as usual. Also the wonderfully balanced driving behavior of the large CB.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 1284 cm³, 85 kW (116 PS) at 7500 / min, 117 Nm at 6000 / min, double-loop steel frame, double disc brake at the front Ø 310 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 256 mm, seat height 790 mm, weight fully fueled 258/264 kg, price 11220/11520 euros

Kawasaki Ninja 250 R

The 250 market is down, which may be due to the fact that 250 are no longer offered in this country. So it is a good thing that Kawasaki has developed a nice, inexpensive two-cylinder engine for the USA, Spain and Italy and is branching off a few copies for Germany. She is certain that she will conquer the 250 market, and we wish her even more: real success.

DATA: Two-cylinder in-line engine, 249 cm³, 22.2 kW (30 PS) at 10500 / min, 21 Nm at 8500 / min, steel bridge frame, front disc brake, Ø 290 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 220 mm, seat height 780 mm, weight dry 152 kg, price k. A..

Honda Fireblade

To only go into the technology, such as the engine, which has more bore, less stroke, larger valves and thus more peak performance, would mean not doing the new Blade quite justice. Because beyond all technical development steps, it is characterized by an interplay of its assemblies and clarity of the lines, which is not often successful in this harmony and quality. The new exhaust system looped under the engine is not a design gimmick, but rather helps to concentrate the masses as close as possible to the center of gravity.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 1000 cm³, 131 kW (179 PS) at 12000 / min, 114 Nm at 8500 / min, light metal bridge frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 220 mm, seat height 820 mm, Weight with a full tank 199 kg, price not specified A..

Honda CBF 600 S.

Its predecessor was one of the most successful motorcycles in recent years, so the developers walked the fine line between technical progress and maintaining their versatile, responsive character. According to all data and information, this should have been successful; a driving report in the next MOTORRAD will finally provide clarity.

DATA: Four-cylinder in-line engine, 599 cm³, 57 kW (78 PS) at 10500 / min, 59 Nm at 8250 / min, light metal backbone frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 296 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 220 mm, seat height 785 (± 15 mm), weight fully fueled with ABS 223 kg, price k. A..

Honda DN-01

Is it a cruiser suitable for touring or a tourer with which you can also comfortably cruise through the city? The DN-01 combines the elements of these two motorcycle types. The highly refined, compactly built automatic transmission, which Honda is using here for the first time in a motorcycle, goes well with both driving styles.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 680 cm³, power and torque not specified, steel double loop frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 296 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 276 mm, seat height 690 mm, weight and price not specified

Honda Transalp

Firmer chassis, smaller front wheel, new fairing and 20 percent higher performance ?? the new Transalp is much more in the direction of fun bikes. It is now optionally available with ABS, it is still uncomplicated to drive, and the touring suitability has even been upgraded with a higher payload. However, the comfort has suffered: The shock absorber is damped too much (see page 30ff).

DATA: two-cylinder V-engine, 680 cm³, 44.1 kW (60 PS) at 7750 / min, 64 Nm at 6000 / min, double loop frame made of tubular steel, double disc brake at the front, Ø 256 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 240 mm, seat height 841 mm, weight fully fueled with ABS 219 kg, price 7690 euros

Harley-Davidson XR 1200

The appearance and model name are American through and through, referring to the XR 750, the legendary dirt track machine. But the XR 1200 fits European roads like no other Harley: classic, undisguised, for relaxed, by no means slow, cornering. The incline of the photo driver is not bad, only the knee still belongs to the tank.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1202 cm³, power and torque not specified, steel double loop frame, double disc brake at the front, disc brake at the rear, Ø not specified, seat height, weight and price not specified

Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Nightster

The greatest increase in sophistication is simplicity, and the Nightster has come a long way on this path. Regardless of whether it is in the equipment or in the color scheme? their charm is created by doing without the superfluous. The fact that the Sportster engine treats itself to a valve train with four camshafts is the pleasant exception to this rule.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1202 cm³, 49 kW (67 HP) at 5700 / min, 98 Nm at 3200 / min, steel double loop frame, front disc brake, Ø 292 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 292 mm, seat height 676 mm , Weight with a full tank 260 kg, price from 10,345 euros

Harley-Davidson Dyna Fat Bob

The Twin Cam 96 engine finds a sporty home in the Fat Bob. Because the fat bob drives very dynamically and is much more powerful than the 1200 Sportster models from the same company. Something that you don’t immediately suspect. In addition, the look is unique: small double headlights, thick tires, flat handlebars, matt black look. A bike for Mad Max freaks.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1584 cm³, 57 kW (78 PS) at 5000 / min, 127 Nm at 3500 / min, steel double loop frame, front disc brake, Ø 300 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 292 mm, seat height 663 mm , Weight with a full tank 320 kg, price from 16,215 euros

Ducati 848

Anyone who honestly admits that the 160 hp of a 1098 and especially the 180 of a 1098 R are difficult to bend even on the racetrack, will find the 134 hp 848 the right device to drive relaxed and fast with the same chassis quality ?? and maybe even faster as a result. When it comes to technology, the “small” engine offers everything that the big ones have.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 849 cm³, 98.5 kW (134 PS) at 10000 / min, 96 Nm at 8250 / min, steel space frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 245 mm, seat height 830 mm, dry weight 168 kg, price k. A..

Ducati 1098 R.

This model series is called 1098, even if the top model, the recently presented R, has a displacement of 1198 cm. It is the stuff of which the Superbike works racers of the coming World Championship season are made, and therefore combines everything that makes it easy and fast. With a racing exhaust and adapted injection, there is even a GP-proven traction control available.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1198 cm³, 132.4 kW (180 PS) at 9750 / min, 134 Nm at 7750 / min, steel space frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 330 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 245 mm, seat height 820 mm, weight with a full tank 188 kg, price k. A..

Buell 1125 R

Erik Buell is celebrating his twenty-five-year company anniversary in a special way. He launches the first modern, water-cooled twin in the 1125 R super sports car. The V2 manufactured by Rotax is on par with the competition from Aprilia and KTM in terms of revving and performance with 148 hp, the chassis with good suspension elements is unmistakably Buell.

DATA: Two-cylinder V-engine, 1125 cm³, 109 kW (148 PS) at 9800 / min, 111 Nm at 8000 / min, aluminum bridge frame, front disc brake, Ø 375 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 240 mm, seat height 775 mm , Weight with a full tank 207 kg, price 12849 euros

BMW R 1200 GS / Adventure

Facelift for the long-running favorite: The Bavarians have carefully renovated the R 1200 GS and the Adventure after four years, both optically and technically. The new, more powerful engine is livelier in the upper speed range, and the reinforced gearbox also has a shorter gear ratio. A special enduro ESA is now available as an option, i.e. the well-known electronic chassis adjustment with an additional level especially for off-road use.

DATA: Two-cylinder boxer engine, 1170 cm³, 77 kW (105 PS) at 7500 / min, 115 Nm at 5750 / min, steel space frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 305 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 265 mm, seat height 850 mm, weight 229 / 256 kg, price 12500/14000 euros

BMW HP2 Sport

Undisputedly the sportiest BMW with a boxer engine, the cylinder heads of which are almost fine mechanical masterpieces. For the equipment, BMW chose only the very finest, from the numerous carbon parts used to the automatic gearshift to the cockpit, which comes from MotoGP sport. MOTORRAD will soon be able to offer a driving report.

DATA: Two-cylinder boxer engine, 1170 cm³, 96 kW (131 hp) at 8750 / min, 115 Nm at 6000 / min, steel space frame, double disc brake at the front, Ø 320 mm, disc brake at the rear, Ø 265 mm, seat height 830 mm, weight fully fueled 200 kg, price not specified A..

BMW F 650 GS

Being more than hot is the motto of this new entry-level GS, which, contrary to its model name, is an 800. In favor of a lower seat height and a lower price, however, equipped with shorter and simpler spring elements, single-disc brakes at the front and cast wheels. The engine has been throttled to 71 hp, but pushes more torque in the lower range.

DATA: Two-cylinder in-line engine, 798 cm³, 52 kW (71 HP) at 7000 / min, 75 Nm at 4500 / min, steel space frame, front disc brake, Ø 300 mm, rear disc brake, Ø 265 mm, seat height 820 mm , Weight with full tank 199 kg, price k. A..

Benelli TNT 899 / Sport

Others are working on making large engines as small as possible. At Benelli even the “little” 899 stands proud of its considerable size. He can do that too. 118 HP are not just a piece of cake, the tried and tested TnT chassis ensures that they can be converted into plenty of driving fun. And the price is almost reasonable for an Italian small-series motorcycle: from 10,240 euros.
