Custom conversion kit for Ducati Scrambler

Bad Winners from Paris makes it easy for amateur customizers to convert their Ducati Scramblers. The Motokit comes completely ready for installation.

The Paris-based custom manufacturer Bad Winners has something for everyone D.ucati Scrambler models from 2015 to 2019 launched a custom kit that gifted DIY enthusiasts should be able to easily assemble themselves. No components need to be changed on the basic bike, so the conversion can be revised completely without leaving any residue if necessary.

The complete kit costs from 4,490 euros. Many of the parts it contains are handmade. It should take around four to six weeks from order to delivery.

Ready to grow and painted

And what do you get for your money? The kit offers a short, flat bench with cross-stitched leather upholstery, which is optionally made of fiberglass or carbon fiber laminate. For this purpose, the French are producing a new aluminum petrol tank with a capacity of almost eight liters. The matching tank cover (also made of fiberglass or carbon fiber laminate) is supplemented by two side panels for the rear with indicated start number fields and two for the areas under the tank. For the finish, you can choose between a white-yellow and a black-carbon combination.

A K&N air filter is designed to increase throughput. The same applies to the SC Project stainless steel 2-in-1 exhaust system. The rear footrest arms are replaced, the handlebars are raised and the license plate is screwed onto a new, short bracket. The package is rounded off by LED indicators and a smaller lithium-ion battery as well as extensive conversion instructions in words and moving images.

And what are the extra costs? If you want to ride a 17-inch front wheel, as you can see in the pictures, you have to order this and the matching front fender separately. Ohlins spring elements are also available as an option. Bad Winners also optionally offers various partial packages for do-it-yourself renovations.

Conclusion

With the Motokit, your own Ducati Scrambler is not a one-off, but much more independent. And the completely prefabricated conversion kit makes the transformation child’s play.
