The British motorcycle manufacturer Norton was sold to the Indian two-wheeler giant TVS in early July 2020. Now the new owner wants to remove the legacy of Norton. Motorcycles that have been ordered and paid for are to be delivered.

As the British motorcycle manufacturer Norton went into bankruptcy and ceased operations, numerous Norton fans had pre-ordered V4, Superlight, Atlas Ranger and Atlas Nomad machines and some had already paid for them in full or in full. The insolvency administrator BDO put the sum of these creditor claims at around 950,000 euros. As the company announces on its website, everyone who has ordered a motorcycle from the old company Norton and paid a deposit should get in touch. The new Norton owner wants to check the orders on the basis of the documents requested. The aim is to build all pre-ordered motorcycles and deliver them to customers. The new owners emphasize, however, that no legal claim can be derived from this offer. But you feel obliged to the customer to process all open orders.
Maybe this will make their dream come true for the loyal Norton fans.
