The wearing comfort of the Blackwild jacket was quite pleasing during the first test drives. In addition to a zipper, the jacket can also be closed with buttons. The jacket can also be closed at the top with a belt fastener. There is also a belt system at the waist, with which the jacket can be adapted to the corresponding body shape. The jacket is only suitable to a limited extent for very hot temperatures, despite the ventilation zips at the front and back. Conversely, the jacket is also suitable for spring, cooler summer days and autumn. For the winter and cold temperatures, however, it is rather unsuitable.

According to the manufacturer, the jacket is completely waterproof. Unfortunately, due to the sunny weather in the past few weeks, we could not reliably test the water resistance. An inside pocket should also be waterproof. In addition, according to the manufacturer, two of the four outer pockets should also be waterproof. The jacket should consist of 100% cotton. The Blackwild was equipped with double layers of fabric at potential crash sites. Also included are height-adjustable elbow protectors and a removable back protector made of SAS-TEC foam.
