Brembo is recalling brake pads
672 pads with weak braking

The Italian brake manufacturer Brembo is recalling a series of brake pads due to possible inadequate braking performance. These are numbered 672.

The brake pad supplier for motorcycles, Federal-Mogul Italia, has Brembo Draws attention to technical problems with a particular brake pad series that occurred during the manufacturing process and that could have affected the quality of the pads.

Brake pad for rear brake

The calipers with potentially defective brake pads were sold in Brembo kits as a spare part. Brembo is therefore recalling all brake calipers equipped with 672 series Federal Mogul pads. The brake pads concerned can be identified by the number 672 stamped on the back of the pad. Anyone in possession of such a pad should contact their dealer immediately.

The brake pads were installed in rear brake calipers with the cade numbers 20.B851.11, 20.B852.10, 20.B852.51, 20.B852.70, 20.B852.73, 120.A441.10, 120.A441.11 , 120.A441.12, 120.A441.13, 120.A441.14,120.A441.30, 120.A441.40 and 120.A441.42.

These saddles are used on the Ducati models Hypermotard (2018), Panigale 959 (2018), Panigale V4 (2018) and Panigale 1299 FE (2018).
