Course is a private label of the internet provider xlmoto.de. The Four Season 2.0 textile suit not only impresses at first glance with its low price (currently on offer for 218.99 euros), but also with surprisingly good features. The removable membrane inlay reliably keeps the driver dry in the rain, but it gets hot on warm days: The total of 14 (jacket) or four (pants) ventilation zips provide a large area of relief. Should the temperature drop, the additional thermal lining can be integrated underneath the membrane layer via a zip.

Outside pockets not waterproof

Pleasing: fine details such as the soft fleece-trimmed collar of the membrane jacket and the wide range of flutter-free adjustment options for sleeve and waist sizes. On the other hand, annoying: All outside pockets (five on the jacket, two on the pants) are not waterproof. Only the two inside pockets on the thermal jacket protect you from getting wet in case of doubt. Also in need of improvement: the connection zipper between the jacket and pants is extremely short and also difficult to use.

The level 1 protectors on the elbows, shoulders and knees fit perfectly. The placeholder pads on the hips and back, on the other hand, should be replaced with certified protectors as soon as possible. The processing hardly gives cause for criticism, neither is the fit. Since the station wagon is quite small, you should order one size larger than usual.

Noticed positively: Good equipment, value for money

Noticed negatively: Short connection zip

Sizes: S to 4XL

Price: 319.98 euros

MOTORCYCLE Rating: 3.5 stars out of a possible 5

Conclusion

Despite the rather low price, the Course Four Season 2.0 textile suit was able to score points in the practical test. There are deductions because the connection zipper is too short and because some of the areas are not waterproof.
