Three scrambler derivatives

Ducati presented the three new Scrambler derivatives Cafe Racer, Desert Sled and Full Throttle at INTERMOT. This completes the new range of scramblers.

Ducati has opened the round of press conferences in Cologne. The big topic was three variants of the new one that was only revealed a few days ago D.ucati Scrambler Icon, namely the versions Cafe Racer, Desert Sled and Full Throttle. All three variants of the Ducati Scrambler 800 series come with the same 90-degree L-engine with 803 cubic centimeters and 73 hp. But they have now got the same new features with which the Icon has just been upgraded as the basic model of the Scrambler series.

Of course, cornering ABS is also on board.

The new features of the three Scrambler models are a new, smooth-running hydraulic clutch, cornering ABS, LED headlights with daytime running lights, LED indicators and the newly designed LCD cockpit.

The most visually enhanced is the new Ducati Scrambler Cafe Racer. It immediately catches the eye with its blue frame, start number, silver tank with painted side covers, blue seat with pillion cover and new black rims with classic chrome wire spokes.

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled is still designed as an enduro.

The Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled, designed as an enduro, has new, now black instead of gold aluminum wheels in the dimensions 19 inches at the front and 17 at the rear. The black seat has been completely redesigned and the frame color red is new and reserved for the 2019 model of the Desert Sled.

The Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle has also been visually redesigned.

The Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle has also been visually redesigned. It has newly designed aluminum ten-spoke wheels, a yellow seat cover and, in addition to the aforementioned technical innovations, cornering ABS and hydraulic clutch, also a slightly lower handlebar. Ducati has not yet announced prices for the three new variants Cafe Racer, Desert Sled and Full Throttle of the Scrambler 800 series.
