Yamaha extends warranty

Yamaha Motor Europe has therefore decided to extend all manufacturer warranties and the official follow-up warranties, which have expired or will expire between 01.03.2020 and 31.05.2020, by three months. This extended warranty applies to all Yamaha motorized vehicles.

Royal Enfield extends warranty

Royal Enfield is also extending the warranty for all motorcycles that would normally have expired between March and May 2020 by three months, thereby ensuring that customers can make any claims in good time, even during the current restrictions To extend the guidelines of the legislation beyond May 2020, Royal Enfield intends to make appropriate adjustments and notify them as soon as possible.

KTM extends warranty

KTM is also planning a special campaign to extend the warranty. Details are to be announced at the beginning of May.

Kawasaki extends warranty

Kawasaki has decided to extend the warranty period by the period of the Covid-19 restrictions in order to compensate for the period in which you cannot or are not allowed to use your Kawasakis. “The extended warranty of up to two months initially applies to all Kawasaki vehicles whose warranty runs from March 1, 2020 (inclusive) to an end date that has yet to be defined (depending on lockdown restrictions relating to the corona virus) on withdrawal. This also explicitly includes driving school vehicles, for example. Of course, Kawasaki vehicles with a registration or commissioning date from March 1st up to an end date to be defined also receive an approximately 2-month extended warranty”, reports Kawasaki.
