“Normal” motorcycling also requires numerous motor skills such as maintaining balance, coordinating various movements or endurance, such as lifting against the wind. When a sense of balance, upper body and arm muscles and, best of all, the cardiovascular system are trained, it has been proven that driving is more relaxed, safer and more enjoyable.

The examples shown here are intended to give ideas on how everyone can do something about it. Endurance and strength training in the studio under professional guidance is the most complex variant, other, small exercises are good for everywhere and in between.

In any case, it is important not to get on straight away with cold muscles and, especially after long breaks, have your circulatory system checked by a doctor before endurance training.

Jogging and, even better, cycling, have a positive effect on the next longer tour at the latest, because a well-trained body lasts longer and has more fun driving.
