Without a frame, without a rim

m.view is a mirror series from motogadget for motorcycles, in which the mirror surface is milled directly into the aluminum. 100 percent of the surface is mirror surface because there is no frame.

Thin, light and shatterproof – these are the characteristics that distinguish the glassless mirror series from motogadget from conventional motorcycle rearview mirrors. The most striking thing is of course the look, which looks simply unusual without a frame and without a socket. They are available in nine designs, most of them with ECE marking. Price: 99 euros each (handlebar end mirror with and without ECE and rearview mirror with arm without ECE) or 109 euros (rearview mirror with arm and with ECE).

Polished aluminum as a mirror surface

Flycutting is the name of the process in which a convex surface is ground into the aluminum body using a diamond tool. The aluminum is then given a plasma coating to protect it from oxidation, corrosion and scratches.

The aluminum mirrors and mirror arms are black anodized, while the screws and ball heads are made of stainless steel.

motogadget has four different mirror designs with conventional mirror arms and three handlebar end mirrors in its range – all with ECE marking. There are also two tiny handlebar end mirrors, but they do not come with an ECE mark.
