Husqvarna presents the 701 models for 2021. Supermoto and Enduro benefit from joint and individual updates as well as from a switch to Euro 5.

The most striking innovation on the 701 models from Husqvarna is the new LC display in the cockpit, which has an integrated gear and speed indicator. It is located behind a newly designed headlight.

Of course, the 693 cc single-cylinder will meet the Euro 5 standard for the 2021 model year. The exhaust system was adapted to this. However, the power drops by one hp to 74 hp. But the torque can increase. It increases from 71 to now 73.5 Nm.

Improvements in detail, LR version is no longer available

701 Supermoto buyers can look forward to a new Brembo monoblock four-piston brake caliper on the front wheel, which is supposed to improve braking performance. For the new model year, the 701 Enduro offers the option of completely deactivating the ABS system. Easy Shift as well as a servo-assisted slip clutch are supposed to make gear changes easier.

Iron asses will have to prepare for more refueling in the future, because the long range (LR) version with the 25 liter tank for the enduro has been removed from the range of models.

The Husqvarna 701 Supermoto, which is also offered in a throttled A2 variant, is available in model year 2021 at prices starting at 10,695 euros plus additional costs. The KTM subsidiary is calling for exactly the same price for the 701 Enduro.
