Kawasaki KX 450 F 3D Core (2019)

Former freestyle and motocross professional Alvaro Dal Farra has put a spectacular version of the Kawasaki KX 450 F on its wheels using a 3D printer.
In developing the so-called Kawasaki KX 450 F 3D Core, Alvaro Dal Farra worked together with Codoro Studio, Skorpion Engineering and a few other accessory manufacturers. Most of the built-in components were produced using the 3D printing process. Dal Farra chose the 2019 model year Kawasaki KX 450 F as the base model.

As mentioned at the beginning, most of the parts of the Kawa 3D Core such as the tank, the fairing parts, the fenders, the fork guards and the swing arm were made with the help of a 3D printer and attached to the frame of the KX 450 F. An HP printer was made available by Skorpion Engineering for the implementation.

Numerous components of the 3D Core were created using a 3D printer.
Dal Farra’s colors were based on the Malaguti Grizzly from the early 1980s. According to his own statements, the spark jumped over the then 3-year-old youngster and his passion for motocross bikes was sparked.
By the way, Dal Farra did not reveal how much money he invested in the Kawasaki KX 450 F 3D Core. A normal 2019 KX 450 is available from 9,915 euros. With the 3D Core, the creator says he wants to express his love for motorcycles. It worked out pretty well, as the author of this article thinks.
