Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR in 2019 model year.

Kawasaki is donating some updates to the ZX-10R, ZX-10R SE and ZX-10RR models in the 2019 model year. The biggest change is likely to be the adjustments to the engine. Thanks to various modifications, the performance of the ZX-10R / SE could be increased again. The ninja engine should now produce 203 hp. So far it has been 200 hp. The quickshifter, which is now standard on the ZX-10R and ZX-10R SE, is also taken from the sharper ZX-10RR.

Speaking of the ZX-10RR: The ninja noble version will also be slightly revised for 2019. In addition to adjustments to the chassis, the engine has also been slightly revised. The result of the updates is a slightly lighter weight, a little more power and a higher maximum speed. The ZX-10RR will be limited to 500 copies.

Kawasaki

The H2 Carbon carries a lot of visible carbon.

the Kawasaki Ninja H2 as well as their special model Ninja H2 Carbon were already among the most potent bikes on the market in the 2018 model year with 205 PS. For the 2019 model year, the Greens are now stepping up again. With various engine modifications (air intake, engine control, spark plugs), the maximum output for both model versions should increase to a fabulous 231 hp. With the Ram-Air effect, even 242 hp should be possible. Kawa specifies the maximum torque for the 2019 H2 141.7 Nm, around eight more than before. This makes the H2 the absolutely most powerful production motorcycle in the world. The consumption should remain at the level of the predecessor. Mileage data have not yet been given.

The Brembo monobloc brake calipers on the front wheel have also been modified. This is where the new Stylema pliers are used, which are supposed to be even more torsion-resistant and better able to dissipate the heat. In addition, the Ninja H2 will roll out of the showroom on Bridgestone RS11 tires. There are also innovations in the cockpit. A colored TFT screen complements the analog instrument here. The driver can choose from four different screen views. Among other things, g-forces, various odometers, consumption, range, lean angle, time, boost pressure and an eco-driving recommendation can be displayed. Connectivity via Bluetooth is also new. Smartphones can be networked with the H2 using a special app. When it comes to styling, Kawasaki relies on new design stripes on the air inlets and on the rim edges. The new paint should now be more scratch-resistant.

The conversion of all lights and headlights to LED technology is also new. The prices for both models increase to 29,500 euros for the H2 and 32,500 euros for the H2 Carbon.
