As if exploring rough terrain with a caravan wasn’t enough of a challenge. No, the Patriot Camper TH610 is also ideal for lugging along all the fun equipment: your motorcycles, scooters, quads, buggies are allowed on board. Boats and jet skis are of course not excluded and if the loading area is asked whether there is still space for the SUP board, it would only grin calmly. The living area is located at the front of the 6.1 meter long trailer, followed by the massive, three meter long and 1.70 to 2.40 meter wide platform.
Fully adjustable air suspension
The off-road caravan rolls up with a ground clearance of 500 millimeters and is suitable for a slope angle of up to 20 degrees. Independent wheel suspension and fully adjustable chassis with air suspension, off-road tires and the double shock absorber suspension mainly ensure the off-road capability of the TH610. It can be raised or lowered at the push of a button. In order to bring the bed into a horizontal position when standing, you don’t have to look for a level surface for a long time, a push of a button is enough to balance.
The aluminum structure of the little brother Patriot X1 sits at the front on the front part of the galvanized monocoque chassis and houses, among other things, a large tent and – depending on the version – a large double bed and two single beds or just a large double bed. A total of 2,400 liters of storage space is available in this part of the camping trailer alone – most of it in fabric-lined compartments and drawers.
6.10 m long, 2.40 m wide and 2.25 m high
Refrigerator, hot water system, two-burner gas cooker, steel sink, cutlery and kitchen drawer, sufficient work surface, swiveling plate for a gas grill as well as space for two gas bottles and a fire extinguisher are on board the off-road caravan. There is also space for 120 liters of water right at the bottom of the body. The basic equipment also includes two 120 Ah batteries that can be charged with a 240 volt power connection. An inverter ensures that smartphones or the like can be charged at one of the many USB sockets. An awning is also part of the standard equipment.
The Patriot Camper TH610 weighs 1,580 kilograms dry weight, the permissible total weight is 3,400 kilograms, so 1,820 kilograms can be loaded. 290 kilos of vertical load are on the trailer coupling. The trailer measures 6.10 meters in length, 2.40 meters in width and 2.25 meters in height.

The Patriot TH610 costs around 39,000 euros. It is available in white, black and green. However, the Patriot Campers are currently only represented in Australia and the USA, unfortunately not yet in Europe. Buyers receive a five-year guarantee.
Conclusion
Off-road camping with off-road toys seems to be child’s play with the Patriot Camper TH610. The concept looks extremely robust and well thought-out. The manufacturer, which has won several awards in Australia, is currently only represented in Down Under and in the USA, but plans to further expand the dealer network.
