In a boxer BMW this is already given by the silhouette of the engine, but it makes sense to set different visual accents in the area around the headlights than the chrome-plated lamp and instrument pots of the R 1150 R..
Extremely tentative hints from a BMW spokesman, who would have preferred to deny the very existence of the project, suggest that Stefan Kraft made the drawing more aggressive in this respect than the later R 1200 R.-
