The Spartan is actually an old well-known in Shark’s helmet portfolio, which is being offered in a further developed version this year. The new premium helmet from Shark is also optionally available as a carbon version. In general, the Shark Spartan GT and the Spartan GT Carbon are available in two different shell sizes.

Prices start at just under 400 euros

For the closure, the helmet manufacturer, which is relatively prominent in Germany, opted for the double D-ring closure system. In the event of an accident, the inner parts of the helmet can be removed quickly and safely, according to Shark. The inner lining can also be easily removed and is therefore easy to wash. Thanks to a so-called “Easy-Fit-System” the new Shark full-face helmet should also be suitable for people who wear glasses. Two air inlets are designed to cool the interior of the helmet.

The carbon version of the new Spartan GT is slightly more expensive compared to the base model.

Shark donated the new Spartan GT / Carbon a new ergonomic visor locking system with airflow position, which should primarily bring aerodynamic advantages. A sun visor is also on board. The new Spartan GT and the Spartan GT Carbon are available in sizes XS to XXL. The entry-level price starts at 399.99 euros for the basic model – the carbon version costs at least 479.99 euros. Buyers can choose between 26 different designs, ten of which are shown in the picture gallery above.

Conclusion

The original Spartan is already a few years old. Satisfied owners of the old model and all other motorcyclists who are looking for a new full-face helmet from Shark with the latest features could be very happy with the new Spartan GT / Carbon.
