MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR America (2018)
Historic design meets modern technology
MV has presented a new special model. The MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR America pays homage to the S America 750 from the 1970s and will be available from April 2018.
More than 40 years after the S America 750 entered the market, MV Agusta is now launching a new special model with a paintwork that is strongly reminiscent of the classic bike from back then. The manufacturer places a motif decorated with stars on the tank, which was used in a very similar form on the original model. On some smaller components you can also find the words “America Special Edition”. Incidentally, a current Brutale 800 RR from model year 2018 is used as the base model. Technically it differs M.V Agusta Brutale 800 RR America not from the standard variant.
At dealerships from April 2018
Like the basic model, the MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR America is equipped with a three-cylinder engine that provides 140 hp. Also on board is the heavily revised transmission of the 2018 model. For the current model year, MV has also made improvements to the electronics and has given the Brutale 800 RR, among other things, new mappings and improved traction control.

The design of the special model is based on the MV Agusta S America 750 from 1975.
Each copy of the new special model is given a consecutive production number, which can be seen on the instrument panel and is also a certificate.
The new MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR America should be at dealerships as early as April 2018. The manufacturer from Varese has not yet given any information about the price. The basic model is currently available from 15,670 euros (plus additional costs). The special model should easily surpass this price. In addition to the “America”, MV Agusta also offers another special model, the “Pirelli Edition”, which is also based on the Brutale 800 RR and costs 19,000 euros (plus additional costs).
