Special model in racing look

Suzuki has launched a racing replica of the GSX-R 1000 R. The Buildbase special model is limited to 50 copies and is only available in Great Britain.

I.In Great Britain, Suzuki competes in the Superbike and Superstock 1000 series with the GSX-R 1000 R, drivers Bradley Ray, Richard Cooper, and Billy McConnell and the Buildbase team. Now there is a special series of the corresponding racing machines for the road.

With a complete box package

The special model package, of course, includes paintwork and stickers like the racing machines. In addition, there are engine protection elements, new brake and clutch levers, a pillion seat cover, a tank protector, a new fuel filler neck and a new double-bubble windshield.

Converted, the replica model will cost just under 22,200 euros.

The most important accessory, however, is likely to be the Yoshimura R11 SQ exhaust system and bracket. The racing package is rounded off by a work stand, a pit mat, a cover and matching racing bags. All models have a special numbering on the tank. The Buildbase replica bikes are now available at prices starting at 19,999 British pounds (around 22,200 euros). In Germany, the GSX-R 1000 R is currently listed with an RRP of 18,990 euros.

Special models in Germany

In Germany, Suzuki also offers the GSX-R 1000 (model year 2017) in the special model versions Endurance QS and Endurance SC as well as the GSX-R 1000 R in the Sensei variant, all in a 50 series and a price advantage of up to 2,243 euros. The GSX-R 1000 Sport Edition, which was launched at the market launch of the Suzuki Swift sports car model and is available from 16,590 euros, is also limited to 50 copies.
