Completely revised for 2019

Suzuki has completely redesigned the 250cc Crosser RM-Z250 for the 2019 model year. The new RM-Z250 looks like its bigger sister, the RM-Z450.

NAfter the presentation of the completely revised Suzuki RM-Z450 in 2018, the little sister Suzuki RM-Z250 is now following suit and presents itself with a completely new look and numerous improvements. In the further development of the motocross machine, special attention was paid to a good balance between engine power and chassis setup. The declared goal is even better handling and increased performance.

New frame and new fork

The RM-Z250 has been completely redesigned in the chassis area.

The modifications to the 250 cc four-stroke engine include optimized throttle response and increased performance. The traction control has been further developed, the silencer has been revised and the gear ratio has been optimized
The engine revision is rounded off with an update of the S-HAC program, which supports the driver when starting on different surfaces.

The Japanese have also made substantial improvements in the chassis area. The RM-Z250 received a completely new frame, a new rear swing arm and a new upside-down fork with coil spring. The rear suspension has been retuned. A new Renthal Fatbar aluminum handlebar is also used. A larger brake disc and brake pads are used on the front wheel for more braking power.

New plastic parts make the small RM-Z250 look even closer to the RM-Z450.
