Motorcycle cinema attracted 500 visitors

On June 5, 2020, SW-Motech organized a motorcycle cinema in Marburg. Despite bad weather, the event attracted 500 visitors.

On Friday the 5th. June invited SW-Motech to the motorcycle cinema in Marburg. Valentin Muller – better known as Valle on Tour – gave the travel lecture in the drive-in cinema in Marburg “Iceland by motorcycle” held. With the motorcycle cinema, SW-Motech wanted to compensate a little for the restrictions of the past weeks and for the canceled Open House 2020, which would actually have taken place on the weekend of June 5th to 7th.

For the open-air event, the following official requirements were stipulated between SW-Motech and the local authorities: “On the saddle of their motorcycle or in the seat of their car, the audience can enjoy the two-hour travel lecture with spectacular footage from Valle on Tour. As part of the film evening, visitors can also ask Valentin Muller questions.”, so the information from SW-Motech.

Valentin Muller gave his travel lecture “Iceland by motorcycle”.

The number of free tickets was limited to 250. The visitors could take part in the event by motorcycle or by car. A total of 500 visitors came to the event despite poor weather conditions. During heavy rain showers, even 20 waterproof-clad visitors traveled to the event on their motorcycles. Incidentally, some spectators from Brandenburg had the longest journey.

SW-MOTECH has already set a new date for the Open House in 2021: It will take place from June 11th to 13th next year.
