Veldt Helmets is bringing its ultra-light carbon jet helmet V-1 with a screw-on chin part to the partnership. The helmet, which has been tested in accordance with ECE 22-05, should weigh only 912 grams. The outer shell is painted glossy black and has characters on the right side. All metal parts on the double D-ring lock and the screws are black galvanized. The Coolmax inner lining is removable.

Prices from around 3,215 euros

Then Berluti comes into play: all helmet edges are edged with fine Vitello Fiore leather – including the chin section. In addition, the screwed-on helmet shield is made from this leather. Accordingly, there is also a note not to mount the sign when driving in the rain. Alternatively, a clear visor can also be mounted.

Either way, the Veldt Berluti is not a cheap pleasure. The helmet can currently only be ordered in size L, an XL version is to follow. The price is a proud 2,840 pounds – the equivalent of around 3,215 euros – for a jet helmet, mind you. In Germany, the helmet is available from two dealers in Hamburg and Berlin.
