BMW has given the R 1250 R the new switch cam boxer. Accessories specialist Wunderlich has adapted its range of accessories accordingly.

On the undisguised BMW R 1250 R you can let the wind blow unhindered around your nose. Sometimes, however, a little wind protection would also be good. For this purpose, Wunderlich developed the R-Marathon windshield (189.90 euros), which is supposed to offer wind and weather protection without disrupting the R 1250 R line.

When the tours get longer, the active comfort bench can make traveling more pleasant. Their contoured layer structure should relieve the rump and ensure optimal weight distribution. Wunderlich offers the driver and front passenger seats (349 and 299 euros) in different versions “default” with the original seat height and the driver’s seat in one “high” Variant with 30 mm more seat height.

Crash bars in different versions

The tubular handlebars can also be raised with the appropriate handlebar risers (from 89.90 euros). And if the roadster should go deep to the ground, various engine protection bars (289 euros) made of 25 mm precision stainless steel tubing prevent consequential damage. The VA engine protection bars are available in pure stainless steel, glass bead blasted and electropolished, in black, in HP blue and in white. The color variants are powder-coated.

The new engine protection bars “Sports” (239 euros) are weight-optimized from 16 mm precision steel tube that is powder-coated. the “Sports”-The bracket comes in white or black.

“Sports” is also the name of the small tank bag (169.90 euros) from the Elephant range. It can be fixed to the tank flux using the quick-release system. It also offers a lead-through for cables.
