2010 Buell XB-12 SX LIGHTNING City Cross

Menus

With its City Cross concept, the XB-9S X mixed the techno genre with its translucent pieces and the urban jungle side. Buell uses the same recipe, with a few extra horses and torque. How? ‘Or’ What ? With the big 1203cc Thunderstorm twin. Mini wheelbase, slightly tilted inverted fork and well-tapped Harley mechanics make this big toy a thrill machine. The cross-country spirit is distilled with the large handlebars, trail-like hand guards and a protective grille in front of the headlights. The bubble and the translucent tank bring the final touch of fun. Now essential in the Buell range, the fluids are contained in the chassis (gasoline in the frame and oil in the swingarm) and the braking is entrusted to a huge 375 mm perimeter disc. Rebellious and different, the XB-12S X is not really a novelty but a fun variation without being watered down from the most compact of streetfighters.
