Cagiva 125 SUPERCITY 1992

Menus

Its size brings it closer to the Yamaha TDR – error, the Supercity is closer to a sport than an urban trail. The mechanics are borrowed from the Mito, a 2 T mono which can output 34 ch unbridled (prohibited in France), a 7-speed gearbox (6 from 1998), inverted fork, reinforced swing arm and large brake disc. Everything for fun but sporting. The suspensions are firm, the mouth aggressive, the engine is hot-blooded … The machine is precise, manoeuvrable and very efficient. Almost as virulent as the Italian 125 sports cars, life on board is much more pleasant. A TDR that would have eaten the lion – it loses in comfort what it gains in performance, namely a very average turning radius and an Italian-style chassis – effective but somewhat tough.
