Dismay! In the 600 sport category, it is the heaviest. And yet, what liveliness. As soon as you move on the motorcycle, it reacts. Ditto if you exert the slightest pressure on one of the half-handlebars. Don’t be surprised, the CBR had already warned you. Besides its look, the driving position is now very Racing, with the body well on the front. The suspensions will still provide you with relative comfort. For a 600, the engine doesn’t fare too badly at low revs. Upstairs, in the power zone, it causes severe damage. The mini-RCV has become one of the most impressive machines in the segment.

In the tortuous parts of a circuit, agility prevails and the CBR is surprising there. HONDA CBR 600 RRShe throws herself into the bend without restraint but struggles to get out. It is only handicapped by its box staging, moreover very pleasant to use. Very efficient, the bike always gives you the impression that you can do better, push the limits even further. And above all, like any Honda, you just have to get on it to tame it. The braking is powerful and measurable but we would appreciate a little more bite. The bike then loses a little stability but overall, it is a tool of rare efficiency. As it has become radicalized, it will of course be necessary to make compromises. Take a girlfriend? It’s not really a good idea. Nothing can be put away except a handkerchief and a disk pad. In short, forget the reasonable side. You have a dream distillation machine in front of you.
