In the Indian range, the Scout is perhaps the first model, especially in the Sixty version, but it is already a beautiful machine. Half-custom half-cruiser, long and almost athletic, it is also the one that took the manufacturer into the dimension of liquid-cooled engines.

The name “Scout” is above all a story that goes back a century.. At that time, when the world had 10 times more motorcycle brands than nations, Indian presented in 1919 what would become its most important model until the mid-twentieth century. Marketed in the wake as a vintage 1920 model, this motorcycle will have stood the test of time, disappeared from the shops for a handful of decades, then found a new life with a 1133 cm3 twin. This year, its 100th anniversary is celebrated with this special edition. Not loud and clear but in the heart with a special medallion placed in the center of the 94 horsepower engine.

This badge marks this time, then the Scout pays homage with a series of specific elements. Only one color will be available, Indian red, embellished with a golden border. The bike uses the stylistic codes of the old model in order to establish a time bridge. Beyond the decor, support for history and difference is reflected in spoke rims, a floating saddle in “Desert Tan” leather, a luggage rack, chrome finishes and a handlebar reinforced with a crossbar. . This 100th Anniversary Indian Scout presents with nostalgia and will be desired: 750 copies will be sold throughout the world.
