The new Kawasaki W800 resembles the 650er set five years ago, but also received the legendary kingshaft. With her, the 47 hp iron rides as casual again.

Newcomer 2011: exciting bikes

Kawasakis W650 is still in good memory: just under five years ago, the retro classic wandered on the old part. But now the 650er presented in 1999 experiences a revival – with a decent serving of additional hoama at otherwise very similar key data.
Only good that the type designation finds itself on the side covers, you might otherwise mean, it has someone’s installed his 650s. Tank, wheels or suspension remind of the predecessor – classic friends can look forward to another retrobike. Incidentally, the W800 not only visually pays the legendary Kawasaki W1 tribute – that model, which has co-founded the Kawasaki brand 45 years ago – but also from the name.

(still the best usable for me – without electronic helper, Alla ABS / DTC / etc. – Overall concept). Personally, however, the SuperSportsters renovated for 2011 600 r GSX-R (or the MV Augusta F3 announced for autumn – or the popular triumph Daytona 675 "R") And above all, the new Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10 R.
