The chopper shaft rolls and rolls. A small 34 hp twin named Kawasaki EN 500 rides on it. His motto: be part of the big feeling with little money.

Biodiversity knows no bounds in the chopper scene. From 125 to 1500 cubic centimeters, whether two or six hundredweight, one or four cylinders, two or four stroke – nothing is impossible. But in the multitude of chopper variants there is one that is particularly successful. With the best-selling motorcycle on the German market for years, the XV 535, Yamaha seems to have hit the right concept. And Kawasaki’s latest version of the EN 500 is based on this recipe. Looks like the big ones, priced at 10,890 marks in the range of Yamaha’s bestseller XV 535.
