With this new Tricity 300, Yamaha intends to continue to compete for market share with the leader of the Piaggio MP3 segment by targeting "the high-end urban mobility sector" made up "largely of men living in cities, followers of style. and technologies, seeking an innovative, affordable and practical alternative to the car ".

Accessible to holders of the B license, the Tricity 300 is advertised as "manoeuvrable" with its "Blue Core" engine and its steering multi-axle system. It is equipped with a tilt-lock assist system (TLA), which is useful when the vehicle is stopped and it must be pushed or pulled back by hand to get into or out of a parking space.

Yamaha does not yet communicate its price but assures that it will be "competitive", despite "advanced features and a high-end finish". The Tricity 300 will be available in three colors: Tech Kamo, Nimbus Gray and Matt Gray.
