The Facebook group makes it possible to "connect users, individuals and professionals alike, who have questions, needs, proposals with people who can provide them with advice, an idea or even a solution".

Precautions to be taken

"In the event of an inspection, delivering a wand, a box of aspirin or three masks will not be considered as assistance to vulnerable people or basic necessities!", Warns the moderator of the group, member of the FFMC 34, which lists in detail the precautions to be taken to help others without putting society, family or oneself at risk.

1. Transport of people and goods

  • Ensure that the request is compelling, justified and verifiable by the authorities in the event of an inspection. In addition, verifiable proof will also be required on the empty return journey in the event of a control by law enforcement.
  • Transport of people: Have the passenger notify on your certificate the reason for transport, departure / arrival places, as well as their contact details + telephone, which will be used for the return.
  • Check before departure that the passenger has their own valid and signed certificate, otherwise the fine will be for both.

2. Wearing motorcycle personal protective equipment

The wearing of personal protective equipment for motorcycles (at least a helmet and approved gloves) obviously remains compulsory, including for those transported. Care must therefore be taken to limit the risks of contamination linked to the successive exchange of this equipment for the transport of different passengers, in addition to the pilot / passenger contact.

It is also requested to have on you or on your motorcycle new protective masks for you and your passenger, hydroalcoholic gel, new charlottes and disposable gloves to give to each passenger, all well packaged in clean packaging and protected. Also provide new trash bags to put your passenger’s belongings in the top case.

3. Hygiene measures

  • During your trip, be sure to follow all hygiene measures to limit the risk of contamination between you and your passenger

4. Voluntary transport of sensitive goods

  • For the voluntary transport of sensitive goods (food, masks, drugs, etc.), your motorcycle must be clean: cleaning and disinfection of the inside of the top case, suitcases, bags, flexible coolers and containers
  • On your certificate, notification of the applicant or principal with their contact details

5. Regular collections or deliveries

  • For regular and / or large collections / deliveries (masks in particular), you should apply for a general interest prefectural authorization with the support of your ordering party
