After the, Yamaha unveils a new variant of its maxi-trail: the Super Tenere XTZ1200 World Crosser (not to be confused with the or!). Developed from a 2011 "standard" Super Tenere (read our and our), this Super T "World Crosser" fully plays the adventure card with its adventurer look.

The conversion kit includes tank foams, red or yellow stickers, carbon parts (side panels, lower fork and frame protection) and protections made of black anodized aluminum (shoe, chassis protection plate, universal joint and rear brake).

The presence of these qualitative-looking equipment gives the Super Tenere a flattering rally-raid touch, even if we can regret that this World Crosser kit does not include the tires with large nipples as in the visual opposite. , yet provided by Yamaha to present its "novelty" !

The Super Tenere XTZ1200 World Crosser is available at a price of 14,499 euros, either in gray with the red stickers, or in blue and black with the yellow stickers. It is therefore at the same price as a "standard" 2012 vintage Super T but 500 euros more expensive than a 2011 model. Note that Yamaha also offers an "Evolution Pack" including an Akrapovic exhaust and a GPS at the price of 999 € instead of 1569 €.
