MV Agusta F4 LH44: New co-production with Lewis Hamilton
MV Agusta and Lewis Hamilton, after their collaboration on a special edition of Dragster two years ago, are still partners in 2017: the prestigious Italian motorcycle brand and the three-time Formula One champion have tackled the Superbike F4, which receives in turn the mention "LH44".
Limited to 44 copies, the new co-production of is based on the F4 RC, itself derived – or inspired, we do not know … – of the racing motorcycle ridden by Leon Camier in World Superbike. In track version, the 175 kg machine therefore develops no less than 212 hp !
Like the, this "new" F4 2017 differs from its companions on the aesthetic level only: fairing "Apple Candy" and white "Pearl" lattice, black engine and fork, saddle in Alcantara (see videos and photos lower)…
The sculptural Italian with an English accent receives as a bonus a number of pieces – carbon, anodized, smoked, rolled under the armpits! – designed by the CRC office (Castiglioni Research Center) belonging to the small firm of Varese. So many small "bonuses" which must justify the undoubtedly staggering price of the bill (44,144 euros?).
The bike is obviously covered with references to, from its name posted on the seat backrest to the end of the tires: specific Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP with red sides and marked with the rider’s initials and his race number. Forza LH44 !
