The MBK brand – which – has the best products to establish itself on the 125 scooter market in France: its Skycruisers are the exact copies of the Xmax … Or it would be rather the reverse, since Yamaha scooters come out of the ‘factory based in Saint-Quentin, in the Aisne !?
Despite their undeniable strengths, "Made in France" scooters with MBK badges are struggling to win alongside their Japanese twins and against their Italian, Japanese, Taiwanese or South Korean competitors….
In order to increase their commercial success, MBK is therefore launching a financing offer valid until the end of May, on all Skycruiser models: "125 and 250 cc, 2011, 2012 and 2013 models, ABS, standard and sport", we learn the people in charge of MBK.
For example, "for a purchase and an ancillary credit to a sale of € 3,999 (i.e. a Skycruiser without ABS from 2011 or 2012, Editor’s note) over 60 months at a fixed APR of 4.99% (fixed borrowing rate 4, 88%), you repay 60 monthly installments of € 75.25 ". Term interest amounts to € 516, for a total amount due of € 4,515.
The offer is thus added to the promotions already granted on certain models: the Skycruiser 125 standard 2011 and 2012, as we have just seen, are displayed in the MBK dealerships at € 3,999 against € 4,299 for the 2013 vintages..
The 2012 Skycruiser 125 Sport are also currently on sale, at € 4,299, or € 400 less than the same “Sport” version labeled 2013. Finally, the first Skycruiser 250 (MBK arrived in the maxiscoots segment in 2012 , read) can be found at € 4,799, when a 2013 model equipped with ABS is € 5,499.
