Yamaha officially launches the 2019 Tracer 700 GT

Unveiled last year as a special series, the Yamaha Tracer 700 GT really makes its appearance as a new 2019 model. Like the Tracer 700, this GT version is available in a 35 kW version for A2 motorcycle licenses but it is equipped with equipment allowing him to better appreciate long motorcycle trips. In 2019, Yamaha officially launches this Tracer 700 GT as a new model! This 2019 novelty unsurprisingly renews the 689 cc (75 hp) "Crossplane" twin-cylinder, the tubular frame and the 17-liter tank, but features an adjustable high screen, an "ergonomic" saddle and 20-liter side bags in the colors of motorcycle.

The Tracer 700 GT will be available in Phantom Blue (blue), Tech Black (black) or Nimbus Gray (gray) with red highlights. Its price is not yet communicated, but the special series with the same equipment was displayed last year at 8,799 € including tax, instead of 8,399 euros for the standard version. Note that its "big sister" Tracer 900 – and Tracer 900 GT – is available in a new red color for 2019.

Recall, for all intents and purposes, that the Tracer 700 is a "road" version of the best-selling MT-07 roadster with the same engine and the same chassis. This excellent base is also used on the awaited Tenere 700 "T7", the major innovation for 2019 from Yamaha which will be presented at the EICMA in Milan (Italy) !
