The Prefect of Ile-de-France has just informed the French Motorcycling Federation, candidate for the resumption of the Carole circuit, of his intention to grant him a public service delegation for 5 years.

The department of Seine-Saint-Denis had indeed announced during the summer of 2010 that it was giving up the management of the Carole circuit, in a deficit situation for several years. Jacques Bolle, president of the FFM, then announced that the Federation was ready to take over responsibility.

"The social vocation of the circuit will be maintained"

At the end of the call for tenders (read), the FFM was therefore selected. "Aware of the importance of the issue", she finds herself "invested with a difficult mission" but believes that "the future of motorcycling sport in Ile-de-France is at this price".

"Of course, the French Motorcycling Federation and its partner on this issue, the French Federation of Angry Motards (FFMC), do not forget the social vocation of the circuit which will be maintained", assures the FFM.
