1 position of Head of Motorcycle Key Accounts and Digital Development (M / F)

Position based in La Defense (92) within the motorcycle team, under the responsibility of the director of the Moto France division.

Job description

  • Contribute to the achievement of national objectives of volume, mix and gross profit for the Motorcycle and Scooter ranges by achieving the defined objectives. Monitor results and report on accounts in charge
  • Negotiate referral agreements and Moto sales actions with its Key Account customers and ensure their redeployment to their networks
  • Manage specific agreements in harmony with brand agreements and with guidelines set by the Motorcycle Division
  • Build and manage action plans by brand in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy
  • Suggest lines of development in order to contribute to the growth and improvement of the image of the Dunlop brand with customers
  • Maintain a permanent watch of the environment in order to understand and share market trends, customer contexts and competing strategies and build the best short, medium and long term forecasts
  • Take charge of the digitization of the Dunlop brand for the Motorcycle and Scooter segment in order to grow its image and reputation, both with resellers but also with users

Profile

  • First commercial and negotiation experience (2 to 5 years) with central purchasing or referencing
  • Fluency in English and Microsoft Office tools
  • Being familiar with using CRM to postpone all of your activity
  • Desired qualities: business developer, interpersonal skills, strong capacity for adaptability and analysis, leadership, ability to negotiate at a high level, organization, rigor

Position based in the east of Ile-de-France, mainly in departments 91, 93, 94, 77, 10, 18, 58 and 89. Your place of residence will preferably be in departments 91, 93 or 94.

Job description

You are responsible for the turnover of your sector. You are the local relay for group strategies developed by the sales department or the key account manager. To do this, you carry out the following actions in particular with specialist dealers selling motorcycle and scooter tires:

  • Develop a portfolio of existing customers and conduct the necessary surveys to increase your digital distribution
  • Optimize sales (mix, volume) at points of sale in accordance with the defined commercial policy
  • Achieve the quantitative and qualitative objectives determined with your hierarchy
  • Ensure the proper implementation of sales support tools (POS and ILV) of the group’s brands
  • Ensure competitive intelligence and feed back information
  • Use and complete your CRM daily
  • Participate in the Sell Out operations of your distributors

Profile

  • First commercial experience within a company structured around strong brands, and in a competitive market. More than experience, it will be your personality and your potential that will make the difference
  • Fluency in English (desired)
  • A personal proximity to the motorcycle industry would be a plus, but would not be decisive
