Originally, it was just a publicity stunt. MV-Agusta and Pirelli wanted to put the Diablo Rosso III in the spotlight by creating an 800 Brutale ‘Diablo’ – a single copy, to mark the occasion.
But it looks like the sauce has taken well, because the two Italian companies have given it again in 2018 with a special series of 800 Brutale RR Pirelli… and rebel this time with the 800 Dragster RR.
What a shine! Both sassy and noticed, this bike slaps the moment. The Pirelli Design department took care of the decoration. The result could not be more convincing, with a duo of combinations to whip your retina. Because yes, this special series of Dragster 800 RR will be available like last year in two colors. The white mother-of-pearl electrified with blue seems primed for a fashion week; the black / gray, struck by ocher vapors, delights in provocation. The detail will nestle into the passionate relationship between the gommard and the rim, each one being scratched with paint in chiseled proportions..
Whatever the color, the Dragster 800 RR Pirelli is also thinking of raising its quality level with a double-textured topstitched saddle, ceramic-based paint resistant to high temperatures on the exhaust pipes, and pieces of rubber in some places. In order to clearly underline the alliance with the Milanese manufacturer, the machine is fitted with a Diablo Supercorsa SP in 120/70 at the front and 200/55 at the rear while rubber inserts are affixed to the speedometer cap and the base of the tank. Lightning bolts are carved into it, thus reminding them of their connection with the pneumatic range.
In the absence of novelties in the range, we can count on the manufacturer / craftsman from Varese to concoct special series for us to excite you just as much as the 3-cylinder catches your throbbing.
