For a good cause

MV Agusta has put a new special model based on the F3 800 on its wheels to support UNICEF.

The one presented here M.V Agusta F3 800 was already auctioned for a good cause on Friday, August 9, 2019, at an event in Porto Cervo (Sardinia). The special model is said to have brought in a whopping 100,000 euros, all of which go to the UNICEF children’s aid organization. In principle, the UNICEF-MV only differs from the basic F3 in terms of its paintwork.

White paint with blue elements

The paintwork of the special model is mostly white. Otherwise there are light blue and black color elements in some places. The UNICEF logo was also installed in some places, such as the side panel. UNICEF logos and lettering can also be seen on the tank, mask and rear fairing.

MV Agusta

The UNICEF logo was placed in some places on the bike.

As already mentioned, the UNICEF special model is technically based on the basic F3, which develops 148 hp at 13,000 rpm and is currently available from 17,490 euros. Incidentally, the UNICEF-F3 is not the first special model that MV Agusta has put on wheels. MV fans should still remember various special models such as the bikes developed in cooperation with Lewis Hamilton or the MV Agusta in AMG design. However, most of the other special models are limited to more than one copy. The F3 in UNICEF design is unlikely to lose value anytime soon.

Conclusion

To put a motorcycle on its wheels for a good cause? Not the worst idea we think. Other manufacturers, such as Harley-Davidson, have already done more charitable work, which is very welcome. In addition, the special model from MV Agusta is also something for the eye.
