New 2015 EICMA: minor changes for the 2015 Kawasaki GTR 1400

For 2015, Kawasaki announces a revamped GTR 1400 to improve "comfort, engine and chassis." Still equipped with the 1,352 cm3 liquid-cooled in-line 4-cylinder derived from the ZZR1400, the GT des Verts offers minor changes compared to the model reviewed in 2010 .

For 2015, Kawasaki announces a revamped GTR 1400 to improve "comfort, engine and chassis." Still equipped with the liquid-cooled inline 4-cylinder of 1352 cm3 derived from, the GT des Verts offers minor evolutions compared to the model revised in .

It notably offers a "more aerodynamic" screen and a new "more ergonomic" saddle. The new screen, still electronically adjustable, has an adjustable deflector in two positions which allows Kawasaki, "to eliminate the turbulence at the cockpit level". 

The 1400GTR 2015 still has the to start the motorcycle by transponder, the KTRC traction control already present in particular on the and the, braking, the tire pressure indicator, the selection of power modes, an indicator fuel-efficient ride and temperature-controlled heated grips. Its 12V socket can always charge a GPS or a phone while driving.

The GTR1400 retains its adjustable 43 mm fork and its sound which reduces the effects of the transmission shaft ("lifting and crushing of the motorcycle during acceleration phases", specify the Greens).

Finally on the luggage side, the 1400GTR offers 37-liter suitcases as standard (directly attached to the bike without tubular fixing kit) and offers an optional 47-liter top case..
