Patryk Kosiniak is having difficulties adjusting
Patryk Kosinik’s learning process is not yet going quite as expected; the conversion from the Cup R6 to the BMW Superbike is ongoing.

(Press release) After the IDM weekend in Zolder, Belgium, Patryk also had difficulties in making adjustments in Schleiz. With the best weather we hoped for better results after the difficult Zolder weekend … Last year the team with Bastien Mackels was still on the podium.
Unfortunately, the learning process for Patryk is not going quite as expected. The switch from the Yamaha R6 Cup to the powerful BMW Superbike is still ongoing. The next race in Assen from August 11th to 13th, however, promises improvement. On the one hand, Patryk likes Assen a lot and, on the other hand, he is getting an experienced team-mate in Marco Nekvasil, so the team and driver are happy.
The popular Schleiz track was again well attended this year by the predominantly East German fans, and the Superbike drivers in particular were literally bombed with autograph requests.
The young group of promoters has once again proven that they have a lot of potential and thus the future of IDM is secured.
The next IDM run in Assen is considered the team’s home track and here we hope for a turnaround in the season so far. The superstock champion of the 2014 season, Marco Nekvasil, is finally coming back to the hard-fought IDM Superbike 2017 after a serious injury. That is a great pleasure for the team and there was also great anticipation in the Schleiz paddock for Marco Nekvasil’s participation.
With this measure we naturally hope for good results and some relief for Patryk Kosiniak, who can then devote himself to his tasks in peace.
See you in Assen then, right? 11-13 August 2017.
