Peugeot electric scooters at Montparnasse station

In partnership with Peugeot Scooters, the SNCF is launching in September a new electric scooter rental service at Paris Montparnasse station. The scooter rental will be billed at 18 euros for half a day, 25 euros for the day and 21 euros for the additional day.

In partnership with Peugeot Scooters, the SNCF is launching in September a new electric scooter rental service at Paris Montparnasse station. The scooter rental will be billed at 18 euros for half a day, 25 euros for the day and 21 euros for the additional day.

This rental service "is intended above all for people who travel frequently for business or leisure", explains the SNCF in its Connections magazine: "the typical customer travels to Paris Montparnasse with a return trip during the day, without baggage constraints" (read in particular our).

The SNCF thus affirms to engage "in solutions of mobility respectful of the environment (if one disregards questions related to nuclear power and recycling of batteries, editor’s note) which facilitate the movement from door to door", to answer "to the needs of customers and companies committed to a sustainable development approach".
