In the interests of aerodynamics, Ruroc removed the cover over the visor on the Atlas 3.0. This is supposed to reduce the wind noise. The lining and the cheek pads have also been completely redesigned. The double-sided fabric combines polyamide and polyester, this mixture is supposed to promote moisture transport and evaporation. Furthermore, the Atlas 3.0 offers a very large field of vision. And it retains the very special look with the curved visor and the elongated, two-part ventilation openings on the chin.

Ruroc Atlas 3.0 safer and quieter

The new cheek pads are equipped with red tabs for emergency unlocking, so that the helmet can be pulled off the head more easily in the event of an accident. The thickness of the visor mechanism has been slimmed down by 25 percent, which now means space for the EPS inner shell and should thus contribute to improved safety.
