News from the tracer family

After the MT-07 and Tracer 700, the Yamaha Tracer 700 GT is now arriving. An even larger windshield and standard case make it even more suitable for touring than its two sisters. There is also something new from the paint pot for all tracers.

The larger windshield is at the Yamaha Tracer 700 GT – just like on the Tracer 700 – manually adjustable. In addition to the basic tracer, the GT version comes with 20 liter side cases as standard. That was actually because of the striking differences between the two.

The only thing that needs to be emphasized is that anyone looking for a very suitable motorcycle in this performance class now has even more choice. And if you like to be on the road for several days and would therefore look around for a suitable luggage system anyway, the Tracer 700 GT might be even more appealing.

Price around 8,600 euros

The Yamaha Tracer 700 GT will be available in three color variants: Phantom Blue, Tech Black and Nimbus Gray with red as a second color. So far, Yamaha has only expressed itself in terms of price in the following way: "Sport Tourer with an attractive price / performance ratio". Since the Tracer 700 currently costs 8,195 euros, a high windshield from Yamaha is around 180 euros and the 20-liter side cases in the set are around 460 euros, let’s reckon with a price of around 8,600 euros for the GT version.

The Tracer 900 GT stands out from the basic Tracer more clearly than is the case with the 700 sisters. It also comes with cruise control and heated grips, suitcases with a capacity of 22 liters each, strut with hydraulic remote adjustment of the spring base without tools, gear shift assistant and a TFT color cockpit with day / night display. Everything is standard, of course.

The Tracer 900 GT will also be available in Nimbus Gray with red as a second color. Other color options are Midnight Black and Phantom Blue.

The Yamaha Tracer 900 is still available in Tech Black in the new model year, with Nimbus Gray with red also being added.

The Tracer 700 will also grab the new color option Nimbus Gray for the new model year. Tech Black and Phantom Blue are also available.
