Yamaha YZ 125 2012

Menus

In competition or simply for fun, the Yamaha YZ 125 allows straight lines thanks to its cycle part derived from motorcycles illustrated in the World Cross Country Championship. Thanks to its engine power and the six-speed short-stage gearbox, you will be amazed at the speed at which it propels you from turn to turn..

The YZ 125 is fitted with a new saddle which makes it easier for the pilot to move around. Its final transmission is provided by a “gold” type chain. Like the latest off-road models from Yamaha, it has a “speed block” decoration..

Agile and light, with its powerful two-stroke engine, this racing machine has everything to seduce.

The YZ 125 is equipped with an aluminum frame, semi-double cradle, which allows to limit its weight to only 94.5 kg, all full. Due to this extreme lightness, which in no way affects its strength, it offers exceptional handling. Precise on the trajectory, quick to change angles and easy to place during jumps, the YZ 125 is a model of efficiency on cross-country terrain..

The inverted fork with effective protections and the Monocross system with combined Kayaba titanium spring, provide the YZ 125 with a suspension with remarkable progressiveness, and optimal efficiency both in the compression and rebound phases. The particularly compact petal-disc brake system minimizes unsprung weight and promotes the responsiveness of the suspension on all types of terrain.

The brakes – front single disc 250mm in diameter and rear single disc 245mm – are the same as those found on the more powerful YZ250. An undeniable guarantee of efficiency !
