Newcomer 2010: The most attractive bikes for the new season

The premiere last October went horribly wrong: the connecting rods broke in five engines. The faulty batch from an Italian supplier is likely to concern the courts in the near future, especially since a number of customer vehicles now have to go back to the workshops.
In the long run, however, the topic will take a back seat in view of the sporting talents of the V4 burner. Because the "more civil" version of the RSV4 Factory, which caused a stir in the Superbike World Championship, appeals to all those enthusiasts who are looking for entry into the upper class of super sports bikes far from Japanese paths.

Affordable 180 hp

With its extremely compact V4 engine, the electronic engine management with ride-by-wire technology or the chassis components suitable for racing, the 180 hp Aprilia represents a profound alternative to Fireblade & Co. And because the price of 15,550 euros is definitely in the moderate range – the even more noble Factory starts at 20,290 euros, the Honda Fireblade at 14,990 euros – you should really keep an eye on the new RSV. After all, it is not only available in black paint, but also in a friendly white dress. That alone is a ray of hope.
