In the new Black Collection, BMW offers tank bags, tail bags and hip bags that are functionally and color-coordinated.

Expandable tank bags

Black Collection tank bags are available in three sizes for the GS, Tourer and Roadster models. They are made from hard-wearing, TPU-coated polyester fabric. The 2-way zippers are rubberized and water-repellent. The two larger models can be expanded in volume from 13 to 18 liters. The small tank bag holds five liters. Contact with the tank is ensured by non-slip foam pads and a three-point strap attachment. All three models can also be attached to the rear rack with additional straps.

The contents are protected from water with a waterproof, removable inner bag including a roll closure. Mesh compartments on the side walls in the main compartment and an outside pocket offer additional storage space. Additional features include, depending on the model, a cable duct or a waterproof, touch-enabled transparent compartment.

The Black Collection portfolio also includes tail bags in two sizes. In both versions, the bag has a waterproof TPU coating. The removable inner bag is designed to be waterproof. The rubberized 2-way zip on the main compartment is water-repellent and lockable. A further all-round zipper on the main compartment can be used to expand the volume of the bag if necessary. A pocket on the inside of the lid and zip pockets on both sides help you organize your luggage. The tail bags are fixed to the luggage rack with straps. A shoulder strap helps with transport away from the motorcycle. The tail bags are available with a volume of 50 to 60 liters and 35 to 42 liters.

The waterproof Black Collection side bags are also available in two sizes (10 and 15 liters). The volume of the bags with TPU coating can be reduced quickly and easily using compression straps. An outside pocket with a water-repellent zipper allows quick access to important content. The contents of the bag are protected by removable, waterproof inner pockets. The connection to the vehicle is carried out by vehicle-specific holders, and quick-release fasteners are used for fixing.

Get on your hip

The Black Collection has a hip bag for small luggage. The waterproof main compartment with all-round two-way zipper offers three liters of volume and keeps personal items dry even in the rain. In addition to the inner compartment, the hip bag has three outer pockets with zippers as well as an additional small mesh pocket and a tab on the left. 3D spacer fabrics on the back ensure air circulation. An infinitely adjustable hip belt facilitates adjustment.

Those who prefer to carry their luggage on their back will be served with two new rucksacks. Variants with 20 liters and 25 to 30 liters volume are available. The main compartment is waterproof thanks to the roll closure and taped seams. The rubberized zippers are also water-repellent. Special compartments hold laptops up to 15 inches. The larger version even holds a helmet in a bottom compartment. The shoulder straps are padded. There are also hip and chest straps. Outside compartments hold small items. The backpacks can also be attached to the rear of the vehicle with additional straps.
