Dainese action
With Rossi on the racetrack

The Italian protective clothing manufacturer Dainese is doing a crazy campaign: Some selected motorcyclists are allowed to improve their skills on the race track with Valentino Rossi himself. The places that are definitely in great demand will be auctioned.

The action is the starting signal for the new one “Dainese Experience”: The protective clothing manufacturer wants to offer its customers intensive experience, from the racetrack to safety training, from travel adventures to Grand Prix visits.

Photos, videos, an R1 and Rossi

The first appointment is a real hammer: on April 17th, ask Dainese to the Misano Adriatico race track on the Italian Adriatic Sea. Motorcyclists can improve their skills there in various classes, from beginners to experienced pilots. That “Riding Master” provides different groups, from different safety classes for beginners to various racing classes to the absolute highlight: An afternoon with Valentino Rossi in the “VR46 class”: Theory and two racetrack sessions with probably the best racing driver of all time. Photos and videos from the event are included, and participants will be provided with a Yamaha R1 and a Dainese outfit for their sessions. However, only drivers with a lot of racetrack experience are permitted.

Proceeds go to the Marco Simoncelli Foundation

What the fun will cost has not yet been determined: Dainese will auction the places in the Rossi class in an auction running until March 7, the proceeds will go to the Marco Simoncelli Foundation. The prices for the other courses – without Rossi – are between 150 and 1,300 euros, depending on the intensity and duration.

More information is available at Dainese website.
