We want to make the MOTORRAD-Helden Club as easy as possible for you. Here we would like to provide a few questions and answers to make the entry into the club as easy as possible.

How can I use the club benefits?
By logging into www.motorradonline.de/club with your email address and your subscription number. These data serve as proof of the benefits obtained from the partners and from MOTORRAD, MOTORRAD action team, PS, MOTORRAD Classic and FUEL. The login process is explained below.

There are really no additional costs for me with the club membership?
You are automatically included in the club as soon as you become a MOTORRAD, MOTORRAD Classic, PS, FUEL or action team regular customer (customers who have booked an event in the last 3 years). There are no additional costs for club membership.

I have not yet been a subscriber, but would like to become one – how do I do that and then I also become a member?
As soon as you become a subscriber to MOTORRAD, MOTORRAD Classic, PS or FUEL, you are activated for the MOTORRAD-Helden Club after paying the annual subscription fee. So you are part of it right from the start of the subscription. You can find subscription offers here: www.motorradonline.de/abo

How do I log into the club?
Simply register the free of charge at www.motorradonline.de and store your subscription number in your account. We explain how to do this here:

1) Create a user account, all you need is an email address and a password that you can easily remember. To begin the registration process, simply click on an article at www.motorradonline.de/club.

2) After the account has been created, the valid subscription number can be linked to the account. You can find the number on the address label of the magazine or in the confirmation letter of your subscription. Simply enter the number without spaces using the link in the article.

3) After the subscription has been linked to your account, complete the process by logging in again. After that it is no longer necessary to enter the subscription number and the login only works via the user account.

Who is one of the regular action team customers??
This includes customers of the action team who have booked an event (travel or training) in the last 3 years.

How can I log in as an action team customer?
Just follow the steps outlined above. Instead of the subscription number, simply enter the voucher code that you received.

How do I find out if there are new benefits so that I don’t miss anything?
You can order the club newsletter under the following link: www.motorradonline.de/newsletter. Then you will always be kept up to date by us and will not miss any promotions.
