Although it seems unnecessary, it should be mentioned that the conversion work was not approved and registered by an expert, which is why the operating license of the scooter should have expired according to the police report. During the inspection, however, the man was able to show a valid driver’s license, vehicle documents and proof of insurance. Due to the expired operating license, however, the journey did not continue. In addition, a notification of an administrative offense was issued. The Rhineland-Palatinate police also announced that the registration office will be informed about the inspection.
