EICMA 2019

Hepco presented three models of the new X-Travel line & Becker at Eicma 2019. Including two different side pockets and a rear pocket – all waterproof and robust. The bags are expected to be available from March 2020.

X-Travel C-Bow

This side pocket is made for the C-Bow holder, which remains on the motorcycle as a discreet carrier. The piece of luggage can be attached directly and locked theft-proof. Each of the X-Travel C-Bow bags has a capacity of 25 liters. The outer material is water-repellent and the inner lining with roll top fastener is absolutely waterproof. The back wall is made of sturdy tarpaulin and should be particularly stable and easy to clean. It is closed with a central “G-Hook” made of aluminum, the MOLLE system is attached to the side to attach additional accessories.

The individual bag weighs 1.6 kilos and has a payload of five kilos.

The C-Bow bag holds 25 liters each.

X-Travel Basic

The second side pocket is also a soft version and is called Basic. It’s not just for Hepco & Becker support, but can be attached to all pipe supports with a diameter of 16 to 18 mm using an adapter plate. With its volume of 35 liters, it wants to replace hard-shell suitcases, also comes with a waterproof rolltop lining and is firmly closed with two aluminum hooks. When opening, the thermoformed EVA front cap can be tilted forward to reveal an additional compartment with a luggage net. The MOLLE system is also attached to the side.

There are two kilograms per bag on the carrier with a maximum load of ten kilograms each.

X-Travel tail bag M

The rear bag of this line is suitable for luggage racks as well as for the pillion seat. Made of the same material as the two side pockets, it is also water-repellent on the outside and waterproof on the inside thanks to the tight roll-top closure. Two backpack straps can be removed from the back so that the bag can also be used away from the motorcycle. Here, too, there is an extra compartment with a luggage net in the outer shell; The volume can be increased from 23 to 30 liters with an all-round zipper.

The bag weighs 1.2 kilograms empty and can be loaded with five kilograms.
